I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

With over 20 years’ experience, I have worked extensively in schools and colleges, as well as in my private practice at North Leeds Therapy. I offer a practical, down-to-earth, and jargon-free approach, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
